Vacuum Fixture with Festo Vacuum Generators ?

Has anyone used the Festo modular Vacuum generators to make vacuum bed to hold workpiece for CNC milling ?

I have been looking around for simpler means of making vacuum fixtures which can use the shop air alone and i felt one can use the Festo modular vacuum generators with 0.45mm venturi nozzle and clamp the workpieces (medium sized once ranging between 100mm X 100mm to 300mm X 300mm).

Has anyone out here tried this approach ?

    Thanks for all the help
