For stuff like this, a salary range is appropriate.
Its one thing to look for a top pro, 50-70k/yr with 10 yrs experience and more than 1 brand certificates, and another "someone who can fix machines" (20-30 k).

? Travel ?
Tooling ? Bennies?
? Degrees ?

Will you provide car/training/tooling .. whats the growth environment ?
Do you want an engineer, a graduate engineer, a factory certified tech on brand "x,y,z" ?
And if you get one, will you pay them proportionately ?
3 turns ? or 1 shift.
And so on.

That type of job ranges from 30 k to 100k+, depending.

Training, growth, cars, housing, benefits can easily be more than the salary. Or zero.
Both are fair enough - but they affect the salary.
You want someone local - or can pay some or all of relocation costs. How many other people ? How many machines ?
