    OKUMA OSP U10L 813 ALARM-P

    I change the SRAM and initialisation memory A;H . Thereafter software load ( I have only 6/6 floppy for the machine , Backup don't. Power off and on , the machine start with 813 ALARM-P Servo link communication error 20000' S1-1-31'

    look for orange (optical) cables inside main control cabinet. Careful - these are very fragile. Check them if they connected properly and if they work

    Yes . The MIP 11 Spindle servo control card is bad. We order from GIOCOM SOURCING USA

    Hi Friends
    I have okuma OSP 7000 Control
    after months of being off now we lit and does not start the boot
    I have the diskettes but I need to know how I can
    upload this information to the control

    Please appreciate if I can help

    Go to electrical cabinet of the machine and turn on load switch. Then press system reset pushbutton. Follow screen prompts for installing software disks. When finished, turn off load switch and press system reset again. Machine should boot, but parameters, etc. will need to be loaded.
