we have mori seiki MH 40 hmc machine with MORI SEIKI MSG 501 system.mACHINE HAS H 111 ,H211 A068B-6096-H304 DRIVE FOR THREE AXIS
tHE OLD DRIVE had Sr nos A20B-2100-0260/09C control card but when we replaced this machine with new drive with similar control car but with version 11d ie A20B-2100-0260/11d the system get hanged .Fanuc supplied us with file 9090r.mem for loading to set this problem right but again system is getting hanged with error message
1 5138 FSSB: AXIS SETTING NOT COMPLETE
2 100 : PERAMETER WRITE ENABLE

Can you sugest solution for removing hang and error 5138 problem

Think you forgot to install the terminator jumper on the drive..
The drive card is fine, just a different revision #.

WE HAVE DONE S1 S2 setting for terminator jumper on drive but the problem is same .
The sys gets hanged and no key works .
Any more suggestion welcome
