    x3 binding

    So fired up my for the first time in forever and all 3 axis are binding. I did lube it and lossened the ways but that hasnt helped. It is an X3 with gecko g203v run by mach3.

    Here is a video to hear the noise that is is making. Could this be the ball screws or possibly an issue from mach3 or is it simply more adjusting that is needed. Any help would be appreciated.

    I had the exact same problem with mine. I ended up figuring out my ball screws were not properly aligned. I am currently deployed, so I can't post a vid on how to fix and adjust it. I would check for free movement of the table with the motors disconnected. My kit from cncfusion needed a little love, and required a couple hours of adjustment with the motors not attached to fix the problem. Hope this helps...
