I am looking to have two of these produced.
The holes are all the way through and .036" (+- 0.0005) (#64 drill).
Holes are spaced 0.986" (+- 0.003) apart
Holes are 0.300" (+- 0.010) from the long side and the first hole is 0.800 (+- 0.010)from the short side.
I am aware that the holes are not perfectly spaced on the length.


Each item:
Length: 6" (+- 0.125)
Width: 1"
Thickness: 0.375 (3/8)
This should be readily available sizes that just need to be cut to the right length, so it's just drilling holes in the right position.

Material:
Aluminum would be preferred, but teflon, deldrin or ptfe would also be acceptable.
