    VTL, STAINLESS ,INSERT CHIPPING

    Hi were running stainless on our toshiba vtl at .2 doc .012 f 250sfm with iscar 907 grade cnmg inserts

    the results are on in the images

    any ideas help is appreciated

    id is breaking on every pass, od every other or 3 passes
