What is the Best Metal for Rectangular Tube Bending?

At my shop we are trying to get 2"x1" rectangular tubing with 1/8" wall thickness bent at a 25 degree angle. I realize it's bendable, but we need the location of the bend and the location of the stock after the bend to be very precise. We are using 6061 aluminum, but would consider changing material. I've read 5052 is easier to bend, but harder to machine, so are there any other options worth pursuing? Also does anyone have any experience with a company in the south east (Preferably East Tennessee) that does bending?

    Thank you,
    Dustin

Tubular Fabrication, LLC is in the southeast...

    (ok, so that's me, actually)

If it were me I'd stick with the easy to obtain 6061 and simply spot anneal the area you want to bend if it won't do it without softening. It totally depends on the bend radius you are trying to achieve.

I do have a very large mandrel bender, so this is something I could do with no problems.
