I am building a 50” x 27” Kronos Robotics KRMx02 CNC router, and trying to find cold rolled flat bar, size 2-1/2" x 68" x 1/4" and 2-1/2" x 59.5" x 1/4" Cold Rolled Steel. Is there anyone that can assist ?

Give Bright Steels a go, only place i've been able to find that carries imperial sizes.
Thank you, I will give them a call
I built a cncrouterparts machine a few years back and it took me a few months to source cold rolled steel, otherwise known as bright bar, the company that made bright bar went bankrupt and it all sourced from overseas now and it's becoming nearly known existent in Australia, I found some from a company that had some stock sitting there for 3 years and I bought there last 10 meters and quickly finished my machine and got rid of it. I would never build another machine using could rolled steel again, once you have used proper linear motion bearings you will never go back to skate bearings.......
yeh, just had the same confirmed, bright mild steel is the same as cold roled steel.
when it comes to higher grade stuff, ie better then cold roled mild steel, you could try
Bohler-Uddeholm Australia - Ground Flat Stock
this is the response i got from my steel fabricator......
Flat Ground Stock.
36" x 2.5" x .25" About $120 each. None in the country, have to wait 3months.....
you might have better luck. I havent called them as i have managed to find some bright bar at a reasonable price.
