Hello everyone

Right now i have a benchtop mill with max speed of 1500. So it's really killing me on time with little tools.

My options as i see them now are upgrade to a faster 1phase motor to around 3k ( not great) upgrade to 3phase to around 4-5k(high cost) build a new spindle Or go with a dremel(or other brands ect) or something like a foredom flexshaft grinder.

So may main question is anyone use a dremel, foredom,Laminate routers ect for cutting wax's,metal 3d (not really 2d)?

I have seen a couple people using them for wood and some 2d metal but does anyone cut 3d metal or wax? Does it give a good finish? When cutting metal can you really get the high sfm? Any pictures? Will they work ok with small bits 1/32 endmills,30° Profile bits. Or do they have to much runout?

My machine can do 100+ipm i would like to see something faster then the 2-6 im running now haha

Thanks for the help
