RFQ for Qty (4) Trim/Drill jigs for .750 square tube. Make from 1" x 1" x .125" 6061-T6 Structural Angle (ASTM B308 or AMS-QQ-A 200/8).

One Jig is length only
Two Jigs are length and one hole each
Last Jig is length and 10 holes

Holes are, .500" and .250" for bushings that I will install.

Tolerances are, +/- .010" length, hole size .000 to + .002", hole location +/-.005"
