    MV-40B X Axis noise w/ Video

    I have been making some good parts with my mv-40b, with a lot of thanks to members of this forum but I have a new noise that i noticed.

    There is a sound when traveling the X axis, it seems to happen more at the outer portions of the travel. It doesn't always happen, sometimes it sounds speed dependent.

    I saw underthetire mention somewhere that these machines it is typical to have these problems and is probably a thrust bearing?

    Doesn't really sound like a thrust bearing, but I could tell if you had it on rapid.
