Hi, I had a bad sevomotor.
Now I just cleaned the collector ring and put in some new carbon brush.
But now when I turn on the machine the y-axis just moves and then there is emergency stop because of alarm 25.
Is there something else which I didn´t noticed?

Did you check for grounds on the brush holder, also if dismantled could be stator got reversed or the power connections.

If the old brushes were worn out, the motor could be full of of dust causing a short. You should try and vacuum out the dust, if you use a low pressure airline to blow out the dust,wear a facemask because the dust is nasty stuff if you breathe it in.

Have you checked the new brushes are correctly seated ? use a meter on Ohms range to make sure they are pushing against the commutator ( collector), there only be a few ohms P-P and N-N (brush pair to brush pair).
Did you check the commutator for damage ? there should be no short circuit between segments i.e. should read high Ohms segment to segment.
Are the power supply fuses ok ? they often blow with a motor short circuit.
Are the motor cables ok ? if one is broken the motor will oscillate and fault out, bell check the P and N cables end to end again using Ohmeter.
