Idea for fixturing 2 sided work [With Video]

I thought I'd post this in its own thread just in case there are any suggestions or comments. I am sure there are plenty of tricks and techniques out there so I am probably reinventing the wheel here, but I hadn't seen it yet so I thought I'd share!

I normally would mill out a separate fixture to hold a piece to be flipped. I started thinking that there had to be a way to do this without going through the multi-step hassle. Here is what I came up with.......

A bit wasteful, but it would appear to be very accurate. Excellent idea.

Very slick. I often can't waste the extra material around a part like that, but if I can, seems a smart way to go.
