    Welcome aboard,
If this is the link MILLING MACHINE DIGITAL READOUT R8 - Busy Bee Tools
that's a short table bf20 which is similar to the G0704 and others.
You can find plenty of info here. g0704.com.
You'll find several options for conversion under the "cnc kits and plans" menu.
Mastercam will create the gcode that you load into Mach 3 to run the mill.
Search the forum for g0704 or bf20 and you'll find lots and lots of threads as it's very popular.
Plenty more info here for you too.

Since you werent successful publishing the link to the mill, are you referring to this 1?
MILLING MACHINE DIGITAL READOUT R8 - Busy Bee Tools

It actually looks just like a G0704 by Grizzly. Of course this would need to be verified. There are commercial kits and of course Hoss, a member here has an extensive build log and a DVD along with detailed plans of many improvements including cnc with the stock screws or ballscrews. Belt drive plans, tool changers and who knows what else he will create while you are learning and building yours. Dont let him discourage you, he gets an incredible amount of work done, quickly.

Regarding the software, I dont work with MC or SW but they are CAD/CAM programs and should generate the GCode necessary for Mach3 to use.

Stick around here, keep reading, watch youtube on specific subjects. Join all of the forums. Enjoy the new challenge and welcome to the Zone.

Hoss responded as I was typing. What he says!
