My clean DXF design (arcs only) for Che-Guevara consists of three layers glued together as follows:

Lower layer - 1 pce - hair (black)
Mid layer - 2 pcs - face (White) + cap (green)
Upper layer - 1 pce - star (red)
made of 0.8 mm sheet metal
