I purchased Artcam Express and a few relief panel files from VectorArt 3D, tryd out one and here are the results, looks really nice I think. Intend on using it as the backboard for a small shelf.
I used a 0.25 endmill for the roughing, and a 0.125 ballnose carver 3.6 degree taper for the finish pass with a 10% stepover @ 100IPM. Took about 1.5 hours to complete its 6inch in height and 20 inch long, cherry wood.

Looks very nice! Relief work like that is a pain in the butt, but it sure is nice when it's done!

Salt Life is great! I will have to try running one at work as this AutoCAD won't open it. The fish looks different...my wife had a shirt made out of the pic for our kids when I pull into a parking lot and the Jeep next to me had that pic on his side windows and she took the pic and lady made it into printable on shirts
