I was out of the office all day yesterday. I took Keelhauled file and cleaned it up a little. He did a great job converting the picture. I was able to clean it up pretty fast. I hope this works.

Jamf2, thanks so much for the offers to do the West Point DXF. I ended up finding an Army logo in EPS format and it converted pretty well with Ghostview. I won't put you through the trouble but thanks again.

Switcher, here are a few of your files that I cut. The pictures are pretty bad, but maybe you can get an idea.

    Dallas cowboy football helmet.

    Hi everyone,

Just thought I would see if anyone has a dallas cowboy football helmet dxf.

((UPDATED)) Please disregard the above request for a Dallas Cowboy Helmet. I didn't realize that a Dallas Cowboy helmet might fall under copyright laws. Thank you for the help.....

    Also very nice engravings below.

    Thanks.

Below is a gone fishing dxf for those who like to fish.

    Looks Great!

Thanks for posting the finished photos.

Did you cut those on a mill or router?

gravy, U did a good job on the plates of Switcher's dxf, I have the same question as Switcher asked if u did those on the mill or the router. If it was the mill, did u have the cleaning out the letterings in the dxf too? I kinda like that but I can't get the files to do it.

Switcher, I did another test I copied one of your files and one of MooseDip.DXF onto a floppy disk and took it to work and put them both on the machine as I know it could do it but found only the moose showed up. Can I ask to try another test, can u put one on the ""Attached Files"" so I can see if it did make any difference?
BTW that moosedip is a hugh file!

    I'm not sure I did a moose?

I've done so many files, it's very hard to keep up with all of them, between here & my Blog.

Can you post a link, or tell me what thread number the Moose DXF file is in?

    Thanks

Thread number and link or thread number and page number. Were up to 1742 post and 146 pages. Lets make it easier to refer to a post. Especially to Switcher's post.

To answer you both, I milled them on a vertical machining center at work. I are a machinist, I guess. I made the cut files with Cam Bam. If you mean how did I mill out the letters instead of just getting an outline, I picked

    Cam
    2.5D profile

and did an inside cut, or you could use pocketing. Cam Bam is awesome, I just picked all the lettering I wanted to pocket and did it in one operation.
