we are looking to engrave our unit logo in the hangar
Does anyone have the ability to convert the attached to .DXF ? We dont have the software expertise to pull it off

The cavalry are coming be patient. I have to finnish the chopper.

First of all. Thanks to all for all the help. This site is awesome. Would someone be willing to convert this cross to DXF. I know some detail will be lost. This will be cut on a cnc plasma table.

I'm just now seeing this. I don't know how to thank you for the help. We all appreciate it and will be happy to return the favor if you just let us know how.

FYI..This is being engraved into the concrete at Hangar 2 @ Wheeler airfield. I'm currently thinking we will tile the job and do a 60" diameter to show off the detail. It's a historic hangar that sustained damage in the Pearl Harbor attack and us currently used by Air Cavalry. I'll post a picture when we get it complete.

Can someone scale this down for me? when i open it in my Vicon program it comes out like 80ft wide and something like 200 different parts and
if i want to scale it i have to scale each individual part. It's a beautiful design and i really want to cut it out. The Vicon CAD program is pretty much useless. I can't edit 90% of the .dxf files I get from here. And they can sometimes take up to an hour to import. grr.

I have used the program progeCAD for some challenging DXF and DWG files. Seems to work good and they have a free version.

Been looking at this thread for a while now and see there are a lot of quite dextrous CAD users. I am trying to convert this combination vector and bitmap to all vector but am having difficulty. Anyone want to give it a bash. It is the centre cupcake that I am really struggling with as so much detail. Attatched is PDF file, not to sure if will see, if not will post JPEG
