the outer cut is no different than the inner cuts - what software and what steps are you using - were there any errors or warnings ? - does the outline show up and then not cut or is it not there when you open the file -

i am using adobe illustrator there where no warnings the outerline are showing in illustrator i have solved the problem the only thing left is the dimensions its to big so i must reshape it
i shell cut to morrow an let you see the different
