Welcome to CNC Zone!
It was a challenge & did take some play time to get the file as posted.
-First put the picture into my Kodak software to convert to black & white, then changed the brightness & shadow.
-Next opened the resultant picture in Inkscape, did a "Bitmap Trace" & saved as a DXF R-12 with Switcher's plugin.
-Used ProgeCad to do some cleanup, rotation, line changes, deletions, mirroring of half the image, setting & moving items to the 2 layers ETC.
More cleanup in your CAD software would sharpen some corners & straighten lines as needed.
Thanks for your interest & reply!

Great additions to my collection.
Halloweens coming
I just received this as a private message, BUT I thought I should share it, and my reply with the other members. I’m sure that other members have or will receive a similar request, and it’s up to them how they handle it. This is my reply —

My name is Jason Wolin and I am the admin at cncmentor.com. I wondered if you'd also consider posting your CAD files at cncmentor.com? I am not in ANY way trying to compete with this site, just want to try to organize the thread here that is ridiculously long and hard to search. Thanks!

Jason,
As a long time member of CNCZONE, both as a taker and a contributor, I would never consider posting a bunch of my files on another site. Many of my files came off the internet from various places, some from CNCZONE, some I have done, some I have changed so that I could use them for my projects. I would have a hard time sorting them out so that the person that made the file would get credit for them. If you needed A file, or several files, I would have no problem helping you out, BUT for you to PROFIT from the hard work of others by giving their files away I have a problem with. So to answer your request, NO I will not be posting any of the files I have on your site.
Larry
I post files here to help people out or if I have something I think others may find interesting. This alone takes up enough of my time. Aren’t' the files already posted here free for all to do with whatever they want? Jason should pick out the ones he wants and repost them himself, fill yer boots.

Hello from the great state of Alabama! I so much enjoy looking at what the members post here, and the unselfish help that you give to newbies such as myself. This is my first post, and request, from the masters who frequent this board. I want to make some plaques for my children, such as a mailbox plaque with their team logo and address numbers. The numbers I can do, using Stickfont, but the logo I have problems with getting the logo jpg converted to a DXF file. Once I get this done, then I can concentrate on learning how to get this to G code.
I would like it to be 3"x3" if possible, with a depth of 3/16". The images are,
