    error message

    what does pole angle tolerance out of limits mean. using bob cad V- 25. get this message when I try to simulate. never had this happen before. any suggestions. thanks, tom

    Right click milling tools>Part>Current settings>Multi-axis posting. The setting for pole angle is there. By default is set to "smooth interpolation of rotation angle around pole" and is set to .010". Are you using anything out of ordinary? 4th axis? or? If you want, zip up the bobcad file you are having issues with and upload it here so we can look at it.
