Hello to all,
I have Vertical cnc lathe machine. control is Oi TD.
here is alarm 9015 spindle switching fault no 15 alarm is also on spindle drive. I have checked all wiring, I/O modules
and PSM card also. Please anybody help me if knows about the solution of this problem.
after this alarm sub panel buttons are disable and no any input and output signals are working from plc to I/Os.

see in ladder or reload the PLC data , such as PARAM < DGNOS

This is usually caused from a high/low winding motor changeover alarm. Typically 2 large contactors to switch windings. Could be the contactor itself or an axillary contact on the contactor not working.

I have reload parameters but fault is still. after this alaram no any input and output signals are respond from plc to I/O modules. does it happens after alarm? do you have any idea about that?

I have checked all contactors and motors windings are not faulty. after on the machine main contactor energises but after booting alarm 9015 occures inspite emergency button is not released.
