If you could not find the error message in the error list, it may be that it was a customized error based from the original machine manufacturer. The best thing you can do is contact the original machine manufacturer and find out if there were custom faults built in.

If it is not a custom error message, I would need to know the controllers and drives model numbers along with the program and machine you are using, but since you have looked through the error list, contacting the original machine manufacturer will probably be the best way to go.
