Hello Tormach Users !
I need you help! I am looking for STL files for the main components for the PNCN1100. As you may or many not know BobCAD CAM offers machine simulation, this is an extremely useful tool when simulating your jobs especially for 4 axis programming. Using STL files you can build you machine and define it's kinematics.
Here is a sample Hurco machine we built:

As you can see you can model and use the tail stock, indexer table and head all as part of your simulation. Collisions with you tool holder fixtures or machine components can be a real problem. The advantage of the machine simulation is to truly visualize your setup and part programming. Limit can be defined as well so you'll know if the part and setup would fit on your machine.
This is a great feature and we have many machine like Hurco,HAAS,Mazak and others already setup. Now we want to setup the Tormach machine. We have may Tormach customers that user BobCAD CAM products and having the Tormach machine already built for you guys to use if you choose BobCAD I think many would appreciate.
Again the advantage of machine simulation is being able to detect collisions with your machine components & setup and tooling..... This is an option with machine simulation and you can turn it on or off at any time by choosing the following option.
Attachment 203978
When this option is turned on, collisions will show up in red and be reported....

So I need your help! If you have the PNCN 1100 STL file for the main components of this machine I would really help me. I can develop the models myself using Solidworks, but if they are already done, why do double work....
*******
You might say why not ask Tormach for the files, well I did. They have not responded to me for a few weeks not. My guess it they may feel it's a conflict of interested because they sell Spurt CAM. Or maybe it's because of the new building they are working or or maybe it's because they are just too busy. Regardless of the the reason, I am looking for these files or the information to create them myself.
Any help would be appreciated!
