    G320 accelerates too slowly

I have two G320 drives. One of them seems to be accelerating much slower than the other given the same step rate. The gain, damp and limit settings do not seem to affect the acceleration and currently I have both drives set to roughly the same settings. How can I go about troubleshooting this?

Have you tried swapping motor/encoder between G320 drivers to see if the symptom follows the motor instead of the G320?

Yes I did. The problem follows the G320. Thanks.

Can you explain further what "accelerating too slow" means? Do you have the Torque Limit trimpot turned fully CCW?

My bad. It does not seem to be an issue with the drive. The source of the step/direction (kflop) seems to be doing something non-obvious to me.
