    Small 6061-T6 Aluminum Parts 30mm x 65mm x 2mm, qty. 200

    Hi,

    I need some 2 small aluminum pieces machined with approximate dimensions of 65mm L x 30mm W x 2mm H, quantity of 100 of each piece.

    The first piece has a 21mm hole that needs to be milled, two non-threaded countersunk holes for an M2-0.4 machine screw, and 4 non-threaded holes for an M3 screw.

    The second piece has two ~12mm holes, 5 non-threaded holes for M3 screws, and one cut out that's in the shape of a mini-usb plug profile (google images to see what a mini-usb looks like).

    All edges deburred or lightly chamfered.
    I can provide drawings later as I do not have them with me at the moment.

    I am in Socal and would prefer to work with a shop in Orange County, but will work with anyone in the US.
