depends on what you are after.

bolts and industrial https://www.bolt.com.au/ do kenametal and while the cutters are expensive the arbors are reasonably priced depending on the style and how common they are. they can also do other brands of cutters if asked.

glacern tools sell some cheep face mills but postage is a killer. Lathe inserts .com same stuff different smell. also postage could be an issue.

I would check ebay for a sumitomo ufo series high shear. Seen some really good deals lately, bought a few myself.

I would give old Mick Moyle at summer Hill a ring he has all sorts of stuff like that on hand and some old some new some average some secondhand but like new and a multitude of endmills, facemills,,dovetail cutters gear hobbs just about all the normal industrial stuff, He is open Saturday mornings as well as all week, I have found some great gear there over the years for decent prices, A lot of people seem to have forgotten he is still around or never even knew of him.
He is in the Phone book or Mr Google
