    Wink Hello

    Hi everyone.
I'm working in local joinery on a CNC machine bima300 from IMA.
I'm also an instructor with a certificate.
I'm here to learn more about CNC machining and programming.
Also I'm interested in metalworking since so far I've been working only with chipboard.

Apart from bima300 I've been also working on
    -SCHELLING Beamsaw FM 430
    -Homag weeke BHX 055 Optimat
    -Tekna TK446/2 CNC for aluminium
    -IMA Compact S Edgebander
    -Grass Combipress

I hope to learn more and help others do the same.
    Cheers.

I'm a long time member from the early days of the zone that lost track of my password. Because the password reset feature flat out does not work after months of trying I am establishing a new account.

    Hey folks,

I have been reading and following on and off for a while, mainly seeking some help, finally decided to join in a little, so here I am. I'm Scotland based, I'm into Electronics and enjoy Woodworking, so CNC is an, um, natural progression, at least that's what I keep telling my fiancee
If anyone needs some electrickery help, shout out and I'll see what I can do

Hi: I am Mike and have converted two cnc mills of 1985 vintage that the electronics died on and am using Mach 3 and geko drives. I am working on a third machine that has a tool changer and servo motors which is a new area for me.

Do you have a user manual or some instructions?Maybe you can try to check the problem and solutions in it.
or have you turned the right switches before processing, such as the switch of servo motor. Cause I have no idea what machine you are using, I don't know whether this tip can help you and whether there is a servo control switch on your machine.
But hope everything will be OK!^_^
