Does anyone know a good paint remover equipment? I need it for unpaint motors so it needs to be light handed and cheap.

Aircraft stripper and a paint brush is both light handed and cheap. Possibly a sandblast cabinet is what you want?
This is much cooler though: Laser Paint Stripping | EWI - YouTube
Sometimes I clean motors in a sandblast cabinet. My problem it that I need to clean electric motors, the stator and boths end covers, and the issue is to clean them after being winding repaired and avoid dirt to come in the stator. Any idea?
They should be disassembled, cleaned, repaired, then reassembled.
It makes no sense why you would repair a stator and then clean the housing after.
My problem is when windings are good but painting is really bad and need to be removed for being painted for delivery.
hmmm, maybe you make some caps or something to seal the interior of the motor?
Degreaser,a wire brush and some scotch brite will handle a lot of it and you should be able to prevent it from going inside too much.
As far as I know there are in the market a small impact paint removal device but so far I was not able to find it.
Like a needle scaler?
Yes. This is exactly what I need. I didn't know the exact name of the device. Now, thanks to you, I was able to find one. I will get one and do some trials.
Thanks, keebler 303.
If you had said a small impact paint removal device from the start, I could have saved you some time!
