I currently have multiple openings in a captive machine shop. This is not a job shop but rather a production machine shop in the automotive industry. I have the following equipment and need staffing of all levels. These are 1st - 3rd shift opportunities and are available immediately.

Overview: This will be working in a ISO/TS certified environment making safety critical parts. High attention to detail and through put will be required and expected. This is also a fast paced and dynamic environment with a deadline critical and quality emphasis.

We currently have the following quantity of machine tools (with more on the way):
13 vertical CNC mills
2 horizontal CNC lathes with live tooling
1 CNC horizontal lathe
1 vertical CNC lathe
1 vertical CNC lathe with live tooling
1 5-axis vertical mill
1 4-axis horizontal mill
2 Swiss style screw machines
Small manual milling support shop

I am looking for the following:

1. Supervisors 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
   Must be hands on, able to trouble shoot and guide and direct set-up/operators
2. Set-up personell with experience and willing to run production
3. Entry level set-up operators
4. Advanced programmers (screw machines, multi axis mills and lathes, 3 axis mills and lathes with live tooling)
   I have multiple CAM systems available: [MasterCAM, GibbsCAM & EspritCAM]
5. Journeymen manual prototype/support machinists

Experience with metric prints highly desired
Willingness to check parts and take ownership and pride in products produced
Willingness to 'continually improve' - must have can do attitude
Willingness for overtime (including Saturdays)
Ability to work with minimal supervision to keep jobs running
Strong ability to troubleshoot
