HELP! emergency stop hit during pallet change on mori seiki sh-403 horizontal

a guy on night shift hit the e-stop during a pallet change on our sh-403. it has the msx-501 3 controller. when i try to do a pallet change now it comes up with alarm EX0724 - pallet condition data abnormal. i can change th pallet maually in [setting> custom> apc] screen. we figured out that macros #147 and #148 tell it what pallet is where and they both are set to 2.000 right now and i cant change them. i there a way to change these macros or what do i need to do to fix this problem. thanks

Shouldn't you home the machine first?
I am not familiar with your equipment, but you don't mention trying that.
    Good luck with it.

Look in the setting screen, you should have a pallet data page with ATC manual, APC manual etc.
