I need to know which wires from the servo amp goes to each pin on a Fanuc servo motor ( A06B-0373-B571#7008 ). The 6 wires were pulled/ripped out of the wire connector on the motor after a drastic tool changing crash. I can't find a manual for the servo motor The plug is 6 prong female (A63L-0001-0428).

W(WM)................Pin 3 (Black)
G(GM)..................Pin 4 (Green)
