    3/8 -16 UNC -2A Thread on L-605 Material

I have a part that needs a 3/8 -16 UNC -2A Thread about an inch long. The overall on the part is about 4 inches. I have tried single point threading, and am currently sending the parts out to be roll threaded. Both ways are not cost effective. Anyone have any ideas, or experience threading L-605?

    Thank You

Cost per part can only be determined when we know HOW MANY you have to do and over what period of time, and what machines do you have or would be willing to buy.
