    Hey there. I am running an okuma twinstar lt200 m with a FMB turbo bar feed. I get chuck unclamp warnings about six times a day. When this happens inserts get broken and sometimes it knocks the tool holder off. I have no tech support on my shift so anything you can tell me about this machine would be greatly appreciated.

    Dusty b, you might get more responses if you mentioned what kind of Okuma lathe - old manual, oldish CNC, several year old CNC, brand new CNC, small lathe, big lathe, etc.

    "Okuma lathe" covers a fair bit of territory.
