Attaching water tubing to laser tube

Hello, I recently bought a new laser tube for my 40w Chinese Laser and I am having difficulty attaching the water tube to the laser. I have tried heating it up in boiling water to make it more flexible and stretchy but i still cant get it onto the nozzle built onto the tube, does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do?

    Thank you for your help

    Hi ,
The method you used is the way we manufacture did . Just add some water on silicon tube and hold the nozzle built , make the silicon tube into the nozzle built slowly and very carefully . Based on heating one end of silicon tube up in boiling water . And our tube manufacture told us that there is no other better way either . In the case of normal use of a tube , you can try to add a little lubricating oil on the silicon tube end . We still use the first method anyhow .

    Best regards,
    Mary

My method is to use a heat gun and heat it for about ten to twenty seconds. Next, take a pair of needle nose plyers and insert part way in to the tube. Then, using all your strength, open the handles as far as you can and watch it stretch. Next, before it cools, install on the laser tube.
