    Cut path issues

Hello, I have a cut path issue, cutting inside a western font which I've done once already, only changes were to art work, not letters. Now the letters aren't cutting or tool pathing completely, it's adding a small triangle to a right angle corner (what I call a keyhole) . Any suggestions Thanks Ray

Did you double check your operation on SheetCam to make sure that there is no (key hole) in the letters?

Morning Lighting CNC, Yes I have cut the same letters same art work before, only thing I changed was to add eyes into horse silhouettes otherwise same thing I cut before as far as letters and they pathed correctly. This is what has me scratching my head.

Are you cutting a pocket or line, if you are cutting a pocket and added another outline within the pocket sheet cam should throw up a warning, try putting the eyes on a different layer and treating it as a line with what ever offset is required ie inside, outside or none.
