    Need help with a daewoo lathe cnc

    We have a puma 8s fanuc series o-t control that when turned on it shows a screen with all types of alarms and it keeps on showing machine not ready what to do ?

    Post what alarms you have displayed, then we can help.

    I have owned afew Daewoo Puma 8s lathe's in the past. Take a photo of the screen and send it to me at [email protected]

    Alarms showing up are as follow :

    400 servo alarm : (overload)
    408 servo alarm :serial not ready
    414 servo alarm: x axis detect err
    424 servo alarm : z axis detect err
    Also machine displays ( not ready)

    You have an axis drive problem that is keeping you in Estop (not ready)

    Any recommendations on we're do I have too look for it or how to fix been like this for month 1/2

    First thing to look at would be the contactors near the servo drives. "Overload" is usually just thermal switch tripped on. Either that or a fuse...
