    Error code I01

    I have a Maho mh800e
    When i start the machine if give a Error code I 01 what Meansville that there is no. Connexion between the software and the hardware .
    The machine has the Philips 426 controle
    I check the emegecy stops en the limit switches
    When i push the hydrauliks bottom it workshop but it wil not. stick
    Please help

    you need to press the hydraulics start button, hold it down and press the "clear" button on the keyboard, release them and do it again. It has to be done within 3 seconds of each other. IE:hydraulics on press the "clear" button....release and do it again no more then a 3 second time gap between. If the hydraulics don't stay on you have a deeper problem. simple things to check for are, all the emergency stop buttons are released, none of the XY or Z axis are on a hard limit switchs. If it's not that you need to be able to follow a schematic diagram and have a decent VOM. Do you have the schematics for your machine?
