Exclamation V26 4 th axis breaking up geometry when creating a tool path

I am having a problem I am not sure what to do with?

When wrapping some text around a cylinder and using any font ,I get this deal of it taking straight lines on the text and using it to Segway to the next letter .
Say a T it will take the leg And use it to go to the next letter at an angle ,instead of completing the T and then pulling up to go to the next letter !

Now it simulates just fine but when you actually cut the part it comes out this way ,any one have a idea what would cause this one?

I had the same issue when I first experimented with 4th axis text wrapping in V25, I can't remember the cause for certain but it was something I wasn't doing right and I seem think I was using the wrong Post Processor.

Thank you for the reply, you where right ! I found that it kept changing back to my 3 axis post hurray!!!!!!!!!!
This is going to take some getting use to you are really going to have to pay attention to this as I had set the 4 th axis post as the default for the 4 axis machine and it changed back on it's own.

Again thank You for the help
