    heidenhain 155

    I have a heidenhain 155 operating a beaver VC35
    I have a carousel tool changer which works fine in a program
    on man/auto tool change the man/auto button will not release the tooling and also cancels the facility to use the handwheel on the xyz axis
    I guess the solenoids are ok as the auto tool changer is working in prog mode
    I have to emergency stop just to re activate the hadwheel facility.
    Any ideas

    Hi that sounds like a possible wiring issue on the man/auto button...or the plc is playing up..
