If you have a large amount of geometry from this file, you may want to try and get the source.
We just got "Schooled"
That is pretty picky,finicky of a Filleter
It is. But a "GOOD" side affect of that, is you don't get 1 week into a complex model, then hand "crappy geometry" off to some guy to figure out and repair (ultimately re-model). It forces you to get it right. It's "RAW".....
More about it would be the tolerances of the extrude with caps on non-planar entities. If that was a little more finite, then the extrude would have failed and you would know from the start. I guess it's a give and take. Someone made that decision though. "Let's not get lots of calls about how BobCad cant extrude simple 2d geometry, so loosen up the tolerances on that one. You know, for the guys with gaps and misalignments"
