I've looked for the same myself. When and if I decide to make it, I'll probably take an image of Big Ben and create a DXF file from it using either Corel Draw or using Bobcad Bobart module.

There are a few here but they use the same basic number layout. DXF Graphics.com - Miscellaneous DXF Graphic and Clip Art Files I've bought a few other graphics from this site. The graphics seemed to be primarily aimed at plasma cutting but I have used some of them for CNC routing - just have to know how to evaluate them.

Check GrabCAD, 3dwarehouse (SketchUp)... there are plenty on the web if you do the work and look!
