i have a pressure problem with a cougar 2 pump . it builds 40000 until i turn cutting head on , then it drops and holds 30000 . i have new diamond orofice , serviced check valves , and dynamic seals. i have 60 psi water coming in .

any ideas on what to check next?

Is there any chance there is a setting in the software regulating the pressure once cutting begins? Perhaps a piercing pressure and a cutting pressure? Just a throught. Been a few years since I ran a jet...
