I bought a recent and servopacks SGDA some servos SANYO DENKI with incremental encoder A-/A-B-/B-C-/C 2048 pulse
the driver always gives me the same problem PHASE ENCODER OUTPUT ERROR
the encoder is well connected .
is tested with an oscilloscope and it works well
i have tried to reverse the signs ,
to reverse the rotation of the driver
to reverse the rotation motor
He always gives me the same error ..
i can suggest something ?

The Sanyo Denki is not compatible with the Yaskawa drives, you need the matching Yaskawa servo motors, or the drives for the Sanyo Denki servo motors, there are not many servo drives that you can mix motors & drives

The research I did suggested you need to find a servo drive that does a "wake and shake" routine to coordinate the motor commutation with the motor encoder pulses. The Allen Bradley Ultra3000 drives have this capability.
