Now my question is that suppose I fix one piece of mdf and need to engrave in the middle suppose ( A ) letter with 10mm straight end mill and then cut square with 3mm end mill now how to set the zero point for both bits.

    Any reply appreciated.

The X and Y zero points wouldn't change for the two different endmills, since they are zeroed at the middle of the tool. If they are different lengths, though, you'll need to touch off to the top of the workpiece (or some other reference point for height) when you change tools, and set the Z zero points there.

Hello awerby how are you thanks for your last reply.

Now tell about the rails carriages.
Iam not using the dust collector and when I cut MDF lots of dust on the rails build up. So question is that can the rails carraiges jammed beacuse of the dust? I own a techno hd cnc router.
