We just bought a Haas GR510 and it was installed today. We got it from an auction so it's used (2009). When I fired it up and homed it, it seemed like all is well until I tried a tool change in MDI mode. A message came up that said "Tool chg Locked". Never seen this before. Does anyone know where this parameter is or is there some other way to get around this?

I have never worked on a haas gr510 but I work on VF2's daily. Im pretty sure the tool change and NC is very similar. Sometimes on tool change the arm will freeze and alarm out for various unimportant reasons and all I have to do is do a tool pocket restore/recovery and folllow prompts on screen. I hope this helps!
