    Faulty arc outputs

I am stuck with a particular problem regarding the way Mastercam posts my arc moves. I suspect that the problem must lie with either the machine/ control definition, or with the post itself. I have been using the system for a long time now and can not understand why it is only doing this now....

Problem: When cutting 2d contours, the nc file would contain G2 and G3 commands that also have a very small z move included. The parts i am cutting now was drawn up by myself in Acad and pulled into McamX3. I m sure there is no Z component in the arcs themselves. Can someone please point me in the right direction for where to start looking? at present i just delete the Z component from the command by hand, but this takes time and there is the risk of getting it wrong...
this is what the code looks like:

Possibly a rounding issue - look at the format statement in the post?

What control & what post are you using ?

It doesn't look like a "normal" output,
---- G-codes not normally stated on each line, as they are "modal"
---- decimal points missing on feedrates

What happens if you use the same geometry, but drawn within Mastercam ?
    - it could be an Acad glitch

what is set in the toolpath operation parameters regarding :-
-- cut parameters ( clearance, retract, top of stock, depth )
    -- what cut-type ( 2d or 3D contour, ramp etc)
    -- lead in/out ( **** you may have a ramp value set *** )
    -- multi-passes
    -- cut depths
( put up pics of each of these pages )

The Control is a Anilam GXM (Crusader) from circa 1987~
I am using a post that was converted from Mastercam 9. The post was working fine in 9 and I am sure it never gave problems in X3....something must have changed.
I will check if the geometry is created in MC
The op in question did use depth cuts and multi passes, but no ramp was selected (2d contouring) i will check all the details again and post the screenshots if drawing in MC does not solve.
Thank you for taking the time to help.
