I recently bought my first cnc lathe, a 'somab transmab 400' with a 'Num 720T' controller. The machine text and manuals i have are in french (french import). After downloading the num manual (english) and a few hours with google translate i manage to sort some error codes out and to reference the machine out and could now move the axis in manual mode. I was very happy to see both axis move as bought the machine not seeing it running for a cheap price.
The problem i have now is that i managed to jog the X axis over the limit swich and now i cant move any axis. I know their is a simple answer but my french is not good.
anyone know this machine or controller ?
is their a button for feed override i need to press ?

I had the same problem with a Mori Seki sl1a. Try turning the screw manually to get it off of the hard stop .
