Solidcam transform toolpaths around 4th axis problem?

I'm working on small job for a customer and I'm milling a 3.5" x 8" long round stock of aluminum in to a hex shape. I setup my tool paths and verified them in the solidverify in solidcam and everything is fine. However when I post it out, it shifts the Y position after every other A value when it rotated to the next side. So the first cut is fine and then when it rotates 60 degrees and begins to cut the exact same tool path, it shifts the y value that calls out the starting position to about 1 inch over... Weird, I have looked through all my settings and have found nothing unusual. I think it might have something to do with a setting I missed or the post processor. If someone could please give me some help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Im using a 2004 Fadal 4020ht with a VH64 rotary table.
The part origin is setup in the center of the rotation and parallel with the X axis.
